Q: Why is the video showing a white or black page only?
A: The video linked may be using a player that is very slow in loading in your location (answer on the next Q) or it could be that the video may be dead. ( If that is the case, please click the request button under the banner and report the dead vid).
Q: Why did my video stop loading in the middle?
A: It may not have fully buffered yet so either wait for it to fully buffer or do the following:
1. Go clear your privacy settings (cookies, cache, etc.)
2. Refresh and reload our page
3. Sometimes you may need to restart your browser.
Q: How do I speed up the loading time for my video?
A: Follow the 2 step instructions from above. You may also purchase a faster internet connection. I highly recommend AT&T Uverse DSL Max or Verizon's FIOS service.
Q: I DON'T want to buy a faster internet connection to enjoy anime. Is there anything else I can do to optimize my computer's speed and/or Net connection?

Q: Why is this video using a player that is not from America?
A: We can't find a video on the players we are more commonly accustomed to. We will find it else where and put it up. It is better to have something than nothing.
Q: Why is my video subbed in another language (or dubbed) other than in English?
A: Because we can't find the English version and thus better to have something than nothing at all.
Q: Why are the episodes not numbered on the Veoh player (veoh channel player)?
A: Because they just don't number them, but the first episode is the first video all the way to the right and the last episode is the one all the way to the left.

Q: Can I be a mod here and who or what are phantom mods?
A: We have a list of people to be mods already and we will choose from our list. Our phantom mods are moderators in training. These mods are sworn in and must keep their identity a secret.
Q: What in the world did you just ban me for? Why did I get flagged?!!
A: More than likely you have broken one or more of the rules posted at the top of the chatroom. Some mods and the webmaster's wife, Gunnswifey, issue a warning prior to a ban ahead of time, giving ample opportunity to repent and apologize. However, a blatant disregard for certain rules such as "no links to other anime sites, or porn, hate, etc sites" will automatically result in a ban.
If you got flagged it is most likely that you were doing something to annoy one or more members by spamming, flaming, making offensive remarks, or whatever.
Q: I've just been banned! How can I resolve these circumstances?
A: Send a private message either to Gunndreams or Gunnswifey and apologize for your misdeeds, but do not add anything more than an apology. If you feel that we have made an error, kindly plead your case in detail. We will deal with each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Q: How do I report a dead link or make a request for an anime that is not on your site?
A: Under the banner there is a request button, please click that and let us know.
Q: How do I help advertise your wonderful site?
A: By grabbing our banner and posting it on your myspace, facebook or any where else you would like to advertise for us. You can also tell everyone you know to jump on our site and check us out.
Q: Why is there annoying ads on this site (like the router or the sexy ads)?
A: Advertising is a necessary evil that we must have on this website. These ads are managed by broker ad agencies and they use an algorithm based on demographics, page contents and so on. We do ask them not to post certain ads on here and sometimes those annoying ads do sneak up ever so often and Gunn always shoots them down when he finds them.
Q: Why don't you guys just take out all the ads?
A: We can't do that. These ads and donations are crucial to keeping this site running. All the revenues generated from the ads and donations are paying for hosting fees, bandwidth, maintenance and upkeeping of this site. Now, without these revenues, this site will go down the tube (like how we flush the spammers). We have a family to support so there is no way we could afford paying for the bills that are generated from this site.
